Coordinators - Two
people function as Coordinators for one Sunday. They see that
all of the Greeter positions have people working, that all the
needed materials are available, and assist the Greeters and Escorts
as needed.

Greeters - Greet
visitors, provide them with information, assist them with
'belonging'

Escorts - work closely
with Greeters to know visitors, and help them find their way to
where they want to be. Escorting before Sunday School is
and excellent way to involve younger teens and pre-teens to
encourage youth visitors to feel welcome. So escorting is an
opportunity for families to serve together.

Security Volunteers
- assist the Security Coordinator to provide a secure time of Bible
Study for our children. The main goal is to provide a security
number for our guest's children during the worship service so that
their children will be part of our system to insure their safety.

Clean Team - the Clean team assures that the
building is 'put to rights' following our services. They
perform such duties as cleaning the coffee area, assuring their are
no abandoned coffee cups in the class rooms or hallways and emptying
any small trash cans that have not been emptied by the teachers.

Callers - the callers will make follow up
telephone calls
to first time visitors to thank them for visiting and see how we can
assist their search for a church home.

Name Tag Team - the
first weekend of each month tables are set up in the Worship Center
with pens and Name Tags near each outside entrance. Your job
would be to staff these tables and assist with gathering information
for permanent name tags to be made.

Doughnut Team - FCCR
provides (at the church's expense) doughnuts specifically for guests at our Bible Fellowship
(9:30). Team members would take turns assuring that the
doughnuts were picked up each week from the store and were available
on time.
